Challenge
RAIDlog needed a technical product foundation and a team capable of building an AI-enabled system from scratch — with no existing platform, architecture, or engineering org in place.
Approach
Defined the core product requirements and platform architecture using Neo4j, TypeScript, React, and Claude AI, then recruited and hired the developers and infrastructure engineers to build it. In parallel, built a 5-year, acquisition-oriented roadmap for three PE-backed produce supply chain software firms.
Outcome
A working technical foundation and hiring plan for RAIDlog's core and AI-enabled architecture, alongside a roadmap that gave three portfolio companies a shared path toward acquisition readiness.
