1. 10/2021 — Present

   Product Management Consultant · Independent Consulting

   Spearheaded initial product management for RAIDlog, defining core product requirements and platform architecture with Neo4j, TypeScript, React, and Claude AI. Recruited and hired the developer and infrastructure team, and built a 5-year, acquisition-oriented roadmap for three PE-backed produce supply chain software firms.

2. 01/2025 — 12/2025

   Head of Product & Director of Customer Experience · DataChat.AI

   Directed the agentic AI product roadmap — Claude, Gemini, and ChatGPT across guardrails, evaluation, and RAG — giving business users natural-language access to their own data. Led pre-sales, post-sales, and forward-deployed teams through 400+ demos and 200+ qualified opportunities, cutting sales-cycle time by 92%.

3. 03/2022 — 03/2024

   Director of Product Management · Unity Technologies

   Ran product strategy for the Create Anywhere line, managing a team of 6 PMs and designers. Drove a $2M ARR increase in 90 days, lifted enterprise NPS by 15 points, standardized release cadence across 4 teams (~30 FTEs), and managed the SOC 2 Type I/II program.

4. 11/2020 — 10/2021

   Director of Product Management · CompilerWorks

   Led the 0-to-1 development and launch of CompilerWorks Lineage, accelerating the timeline to general availability within six months by aggressively cutting scope. Instituted process changes that improved release cadence by ~54%.

5. 07/2015 — 10/2020

   Senior Product Manager · Clarizen

   Built and executed a competitive-intelligence-driven 5-year roadmap for Clarizen v6, including pricing with senior leadership and investor signoff. Enabled a ~30-person sales team to drive 250% ARR growth in the enterprise segment, closing Apple, IBM, PayPal, McDonald's, Palo Alto Networks, Dell, and KPMG.

6. 06/2011 — 05/2015

   Product Manager · VMware

   Launched VMware vCenter Server Converter, enabling thousands of customers to migrate from a Windows management server to Linux.
