The Create Anywhere product line needed a unified strategy across Product, Design, and Engineering, unpredictable release cadences, and enterprise trust gaps around governance and security.
Approach
Orchestrated product strategy across the line, managing a team of 6 PMs and designers reporting into executive leadership. Led a Policy-Based Management redesign with role-based controls and governance workflows, established a Product Development Lifecycle across 4 teams (~30 FTEs), and managed the SOC 2 Type I/II program with Security and Legal.
Outcome
$2M ARR increase within 90 days, enterprise NPS up 15 points, release cadence moved from unpredictable to a consistent monthly schedule, and direct customer interactions up 2.1x with ~50% faster time-to-insight.
